Edging
1. Make sure that the knife protector (11d) is removed and the plant protector (13)
is pulled out before operation
2. Attach the edger wheel (16) to the edger support (14a).
3. Adjust the main handle (1) angle to 90° or 180° for edging (Fig. 20).
Tips
1. For best results, do not cut wet grass because it tends to stick to the cutting
head and guard, prevents proper discharge of grass trimmings, and could
cause you to slip and fall.
2. Do not allow the spool cover to drag on the ground or other surfaces.

7. Ensure the cutting device remains clean and free from off-cuts that may cause
it to jam. Check regularly. Release the on/off switch (2) and disconnect the
product from the power supply before checking.
8. Trim longer grass in stages; do not cut long grass in one cut (Fig. 18). For the
best results, cut longer grass in steps (Fig. 19).
