Recording
Note: As with all other cassette recorders, you can only record onto cassettes which still have their record
protect tab present and intact.
Note: In order to interrupt the recording briey, press the PAUSE button. In order to end the recording,
press the STOP button.
- Place the cassette for recording into the cassette tray.
- Press the PAUSE button.
- Press the REC button.
- Release the PAUSE button, recording will begin.
Finding a specic point on a tape
- Before beginning the recording or playback, set the COUNTER counting mechanism to
000 using the RESET button (see gure 2).
- You can note specic positions using the counter reading.
You can then easily nd these positions again using fast forward (F.FWD button) or rewind (REW button).
Cassette recording from a CD drive
- Place the cassette into the cassette tray.
- Press the PAUSE button.
- Press the REC button.
- Press PLAY on the internal CD drive and release the PAUSE button on the TLS
®
device in order to begin
recording.
