3. Remove manual valve C ring 2 and turn manual valve 3
counterclockwise to remove.

4. Remove O ring (2 pcs) 4 from manual valve 3, check O ring
for damages and deterioration, and replace with new part if
necessary.
5. Remove seal washer 5, and replace with new part if
necessary.
Apply PTT fluid to new O ring before attaching it
to power tilt assembly.
6. Attach O rings (2 pcs) 4 to manual valve.
7. Attach manual valve 3 to power tilt ass'y.
8. Attach C ring 2.
