Idling speed after warming up.
Remark: In case of cold engine
starting, idling speed is increased
about 300 rpm for several minutes.

recommended rpm when cruising at
wide-open throttle.
Genuine propellers are listed on
PROPELLER TABLE of this manual.
War m the engine at low engine
speeds for about three minutes. This
allows the lubricating oil to circulate to
all parts of the engine. Operating the
engine without warm up shortens the
engine's life.
Be sure to check that cooling water is
coming out of the cooling water check
port during warm up.
2. Warming up the engine
If the engine is operated without water
discharging from the check port, the
engine may over heat.
