14.2 Warning sign - Operating instructions

Switch the "Main power switch" and the "Plant ready" switch
at the main control panel ON (switches 1 and 4).
Power indicator (1) of VBPS control panel must light up white.
Insert key into VBPS key switch (2) at the VBPS control panel.
Open ball valve of the VBPS pressure regulator.

If the pressure is 0 bar, set pressure regulator to the value previously noted.
The pressure of the VBPS is typically between 1 and 3 bar (3 bar is the maximum pressure).
Move Valve Block UP
Turn VBPS key switch clockwise to "1".dƵƌŶsW^ŬĞLJƐǁŝƚĐŚĂŶƟĐůŽĐŬǁŝƐĞƚŽΗϬΗ
WƵƐŚŐƌĞĞŶďƵƩŽŶ;ϯͿĂƚsW^ĐŽŶƚƌŽůƉĂŶĞů

When VB is up:
- Remove key
- Remove sign “Switching prohibited”
When VB is down:
- Close ball valve of the VBPS!

Before carrying out service work:
- Make note of pressure at manometer.
ͲZĞůĞĂƐĞƌĞƐŝĚƵĂůƉƌĞƐƐƵƌĞďLJƐĞƫŶŐ
the pressure regulator to 0 bar.
ͲƩĂĐŚƐŝŐŶΗ^ǁŝƚĐŚŝŶŐƉƌŽŚŝďŝƚĞĚΗ
to the valve!
ͲƩĂĐŚƐŝŐŶΗ^ǁŝƚĐŚŝŶŐƉƌŽŚŝďŝƚĞĚΗ
to the VBPS key switch (2).
- Remove key

Danger due to valve block movement
Injuries caused by crushing!
