Lay the planetary polisher base flat on a table or floor before installation.
Use the hex wrench to loosen the three screws on the locking ring to fit the polisher spindle.
Attach the water hose to the water inlet nozzle and secure it with the provided screw.
Lubricate the polisher spindle if possible and ensure no guard lever is present on the collar.
Insert the polisher spindle horizontally into the input shaft while the base is on a flat surface.
Use the angle wrench to turn the input shaft counter-clockwise until the spindle is tightly secured.
Press the self-lock button and turn the back holder clockwise to confirm the spindle is tightly secured.
Lay the machine flat and use the hex wrench to tighten the three screws on the polisher's collar.
Use the open-end wrench to install the remaining two back holders onto the polisher.
Wrap the splash guard around the polisher using Velcro and connect the vacuum hose.
Confirmation that the polisher installation is complete and the machine is ready for use.
Begin dismantling by removing the splash guard and vacuum hose from the polisher.
Use the hex wrench to loosen the three screws on the polisher's collar individually.
Utilize the open-end wrench to detach and remove the three back holders from the polisher.
Press the polisher's self-lock and use the angle wrench to twist the input shaft clockwise to loosen it from the spindle.
Carefully remove the polisher unit from the planetary base after loosening.
Clean the assembly, lubricate the input shaft threads, and store the planetary base in a dry environment.
