Why is my Torin BIG RED T83014 Jacks not lifting the load?
    • S
      Sarah MasonAug 9, 2025
Your Torin Jacks might not be lifting the load because the weight capacity has been exceeded. Ensure that you are not attempting to lift a load heavier than the jack's rated capacity. Also, make sure that the release valve is completely closed by turning the handle clockwise. Air in the hydraulics, low oil level, binding, obstruction, or a malfunctioning power unit could also be the reason. In the case of air in the hydraulics, purge the air from the system; if the oil level is low, add oil as required; if the power unit is malfunctioning, replace it.

What to do if my Torin BIG RED T83014 will not hold the load?
    • J
      Justin WileyAug 15, 2025
If your Torin Jacks won't hold the load, ensure the release valve is completely closed by turning the handle clockwise. A low oil level could also be the culprit; add oil as required. If neither of these resolves the issue, the power unit may be malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.
