PREPARATION
Before assembling Creeper, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list. If
any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the product. Contact customer
service for replacement parts.
1. Knock the plastic end caps (NO.2) into the holes
of the metal frame base (NO.4).
2. Attach the six caster assemblies (NO.3) to the
metal frame base (NO.4)
3. Attach the vinyl pad (NO.1) to the metal frame
base (NO.4) with the washers (NO.5) and the
screws (NO.6).
4. Assembly is now complete.
