3. MACHINE WON’T DISPENSE WATER
1. First, when this issue occurs, check the solution tank sight gage for water level. If empty, ll the tank with
cleaning solution.
2. Check the solution ow adjustment knob and ensure that the knob is adjusted to the solution ow level
you desire.
3. If there is solution in the sight gage and the solution ow adjustment knob is properly positioned, then
the lter is likely clogged with debris and needs to be cleaned. Start by draining the solution tank. Unscrew
the inline lter, located on the underside of the unit between the wheels and the casters, and clean out the
debris. Once clean, re-attach the lter and tighten it until snug. Ensure the screen lter element is aligned
properly with the body of the lter during reassembly. Fill the solution tank and check for solution ow. If
solution is owing, you’ve identied the issue and you can return to cleaning.
4. Check the wire connections to the valve.
