If the squeegee on your Tornado Scrubber isn't picking up water effectively, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the squeegee blades are clean. Next, check that the vacuum hose is correctly inserted. Also, clean the vacuum filter. If the blades are worn, replace them. Verify that the vacuum motor switch is on. Lastly, check the level in the recovery tank and empty it if necessary.
