Keepallpartsingoodworkingconditionandall
hardwareandhydraulicttingstightened.Replace
allwornordamagedpartsanddecals.
Ifthefueltankhastobedrained,dothisoutdoors.
Becarefulduringadjustmentofthemachineto
prevententrapmentofthengersbetweenmoving
bladesandxedpartsofthemachine.
Onmulti-cylinder/multi-reelmachines,takecare
asrotatingonecylinder/reelcancauseother
cylinders/reelstorotate.
Disengagedrives,lowerthecuttingunits,set
parkingbrake,stopengineandremovekeyfrom
ignition.Waitforallmovementtostopbefore
adjusting,cleaningorrepairing.
Cleangrassanddebrisfromcuttingunits,drives,
silencers/mufers,andenginetohelpprevent
res.Cleanupoilorfuelspillage.
Usejackstandstosupportcomponentswhen
required.
Carefullyreleasepressurefromcomponentswith
storedenergy.
