PurposeLithiumBaseGrease.
Thelubricationpointsarefrontroller(2),rearroller
(2)andreelbearing(2).
Note:Lubricatingcuttingunitsimmediatelyafter
washinghelpspurgewateroutofbearingsand
increasesbearinglife.
1.Wipeeachgreasettingwithacleanrag.
2.Applygreaseuntilcleangreaseisseencomingout
ofrollersealsandbearingreliefvalve.
3.Wipeexcessgreaseaway.

checkifreelendplayexists.Thereelbearingscanbe
checkedandadjustedasfollows:
1.Loosenreeltobedknifecontactbyturning
thebedknifeadjustingknobs(Figure20)
counterclockwiseuntilnocontactexists.
