washerandbedbaradjuster.
2.Securebedbartoeachsideplatewithbedbarbolts
(jamnutsonbolts)and8washers.Anylonwasher
istobepositionedoneachsideofsideplateboss.
Placeasteelwasheroutsideeachofthenylon
washers.Torqueboltsto240-320in.-lb.
3.Tightenthejamnutuntiltheendplayisremoved
fromtheoutsidethrustwashers.Donotovertighten.
Note:Itisacceptablethattheinsidethrustwashers
onthecuttingunitmayremainloose.
4.Tightenspringtensionnutuntilspringiscollapsed,
thenbackoff1/2turn.
5.Adjustbedbar;refertoAdjustingtheBedknifeto
theReel.
