5.Engagetractionleverandverifythattheswitchloses

Ifservice/parkingbrakeslipswhenoperated,an
adjustmentisrequired.
1.Moveservice/parkingbrakelevertotheOff
position.
2.LoosentheretainersecuringtheV-beltcoverand
pivotthecoveropen.
3.Toincreasethecabletension,loosenthefront
cablejamnutandtightenthebackcablejamnut

Figure27)untilaforceof5to7lbisrequiredto
engagethebrake.Measuretheforceatthelever
knob.Donotover-adjustitsothatthebrakeband
drags.
