whilebacklapping,turnthereelsoffby
movingtheraise/lowermowcontrolrearward
andshutofftheengine.Aftercompleting
adjustments,repeatsteps4through8.
9.Repeatthesteps4through8forallcuttingunits
thatyouwanttobacklap.
10.Whennished,returnthebacklaplevertothe
Fposition,movethereelspeedknobtothe
desiredreel-speedsetting,lowertheseat,and
washalllappingcompoundoffofthecutting
units.Adjustcuttingunitreeltobedknifeas
needed.
Important:Ifyoudonotreturnthebacklap
levertotheFpositionafterbacklapping,
thecuttingunitswillnotraiseorfunction
properly.
