If the discharge chute of your Toro Lawn Mower plugs up, consider that: the throttle lever is not in the Fast position, so move the throttle lever to the Fast position; the cutting height is too low, therefore raise the cutting height; you are mowing too fast, thus slow down; the grass is wet, so allow the grass to dry before mowing; or the underside of the machine contains clippings and debris, therefore clean the underside of the machine.
