Thechargepumpowtestshouldbeperformedifahydraulicproblemis
identiedthataffectsboththesteeringandliftcircuits.
Note:Thechargepumpprovidesmake-upuidforinternalhydrostat
componentsbeforeowisavailableforthesteeringandliftcircuits.Flow
measuredinthistestwillbelessthantotalchargepumpoutput.
1.Ensurethatthehydraulicuidisatnormaloperatingtemperatureby
operatingthemachineforapproximately10minutes.
2.Parkmachineonalevelsurfacewiththecuttingdeck(orimplement)lowered
andPTOswitchoff.Ensurethattheengineisshutoff.Settheparkingbrake
andblockthefrontwheelstopreventmachinemovement.

andtothehydraulichose.
5.Connectinlethoseoftesterwithpressuregaugesandowmetertothe
transmissionchargepumpoutlet(pressure)tting.Connectthetesteroutlet
hosetothehydraulichosedisconnectedfromthetransmissionttinginstep
