AssemblingtheWindshieldWiperAssembly
1.Ifnecessary,installthewipermotorcomponentsthatwereremoved(Figure
316)anddothefollowing:
A.Ifthewiperbracket(item4inFigure316)wasremoved,applybeadof
RTVsealantaroundthewiperopeningoninsideoftheheadlinerbefore
youinstallthebracket.
B.Ensurethatthewipermotorelectricalconnectorissecuredtothecab
wireharness.
C.Securetherooftothetopofthecab;refertoInstallingtheRoofAssembly
(page11–4).
2.Ifthewiperarmwasremoved,dothefollowing:
A.Cleanthetaperedwiperarmsocketsandwipermotorshafts.
B.Slidethewiperarmsocketsontothewipermotorshaftsandsecurethe
wiperarmsocketswiththe2angenuts.Installthewiperarmcapsover
the2angenuts.
C.Connectthewasherhosetothewiperassembly.
3.Ifthewiperbladewasremoved,securethebladetothewiperarmwiththe2
screwsand2lockwashers.
