      If your Toro Snow Blower's engine won't start or starts with difficulty, check the following: 1. Ensure the key is correctly inserted into the ignition and turned to the On position. 2. Move the choke to the On position and press the primer three times. 3. Open the fuel shutoff valve. 4. Move the throttle to the Fast position. 5. Refill the fuel tank with fresh gasoline (not more than 30 days old). 6. Connect the wire to the spark plug. 7. Check the spark plug and adjust the gap if necessary. Replace the spark plug if it is pitted, fouled, or cracked. 8. Remove the vent restriction or replace the fuel cap. 9. Adjust the oil level in the engine crankcase to the Full mark on the dipstick.
