      To resolve this issue with your Toro Snow Blower, try the following: * Ensure the key is in the ignition and turned to the On position. * Move the choke to the On position and press the primer three times. * Open the fuel shutoff valve. * Move the throttle to the Fast position. * Check and refill the fuel tank with fresh gasoline (not more than 30 days old). * Connect the spark plug wire. * Inspect the spark plug, adjust the gap if needed, or replace it if damaged. * Clear any restrictions from the fuel cap vent or replace the cap. * Adjust the engine oil level to the Full mark on the dipstick. * Remove the carburetor heater box if the air temperature is above 40°F (4°C).
