2.ConnectthePTOshafttothereartractorPTO
shaft.
3.SlidethePTOshaftfullyforward.
4.DepressthepintosecurethePTOshaftinplace
andslidethePTOshaftbackandforthtoensure
thatitisproperlylocked.
5.Connecttheguardsafetychainsfromthepower
shaftsectionstotheweldedclipsonthelink
armsortothePTOguards(Figure6).
Note:Ensurethatthechainshaveslackwhen
theblowerisraisedorlowered.

Adjusttheswaylinksonthelowerdraftarmsof
the3-pointhitchtominimizeside-to-sideswaytoa
maximumof25mm(1inch)oneachside.
1.Adjustthelowerlinksinboarduntiltheycontact
theblowermountingplates(Figure7).
Note:Thiswillreducethestressonthepins.
Ifthetractorhasswaychainsinsteadofsway
links,installthewashersbetweenthelowerlink
armandlynchpintoreducetheoverhungload
ontheliftpins.
