1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrollevers
totheneutrallockedpositionandsettheparking
brake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
3.Releasetheseatandtipitforward.
4.Raisetheradiatorcover.
5.Releasethelatchesontheaircleanerandpulltheair
cleanercoveroffoftheaircleanerbody(Figure32).
6.Cleantheinsideoftheaircleanercoverwith
compressedair.
7.Gentlyslidethelteroutoftheaircleanerbody
(Figure32).Avoidknockingthelterintotheside
ofthebody.
8.Inspectthelterfordamagebylookingintothe
lterwhileshiningabrightlightontheoutsideof
thelter.Holesinthelterwillappearasbright
spots.Ifthelterisdamageddiscardit.

2.Carefullyslidethelterintothelterbody
(Figure32).Ensurethatitisfullyseatedbypushing
ontheouterrimofthelterwhileinstallingit.
