1.Tilttheseatforwardandremovethefrontengine
panel.
2.RemovethePTOdrivebelt.
3.Removethespringfromtheidlerarm(Figure62).
4.Installthenewbeltaroundtheengineandhydraulic
pumppulley(Figure62).
5.InstallthePTOdrivebelt.
6.Installthespringtotheidlerarm(Figure62).

Ifmotioncontrolleversdonotalign,ormoveeasilyinto
theconsolenotch,adjustmentisrequired.Adjusteach
lever,springandrodseparately.
Note:Motioncontrolleversmustbeinstalledcorrectly.

instructions.
1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrollevers
totheneutrallockedpositionandsettheparking
brake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
3.Unlatchtheseatandtilttheseatforward.
4.Beginwitheithertheleftorrightmotioncontrol
lever.
5.Movethelevertotheneutralpositionbutnotlocked
(Figure63).
6.Pulltheleverbackuntiltheclevispin(onarm
belowpivotshaft)contactstheendoftheslot(just
beginningtoputpressureonthespring)(Figure63).
7.Checkwherethecontrolleverisrelativetonotchin
console(Figure63).Itshouldbecenteredallowing
levertopivotoutwardtotheneutrallockposition.
