hours
• Check for any loose fasteners and tighten them.
• Change the engine oil.
• Tighten the wheel lug nuts.
• Check the hydraulic uid.
After the rst 250
operating hours
• Change the hydraulic lters and oil.
Before each use or daily
• Check the safety system.
• Check the engine oil level.
• Clean the air intake screen.
• Check the brake.
• Check the mower blades.
• Clean the mower deck.
Every 25 hours
• Clean foam air cleaner element.
Every 50 hours
• Check the paper air cleaner element.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Check pump drive belt.
• Check the hydraulic uid.
Every 100 hours
• Change the engine oil.
• Check the spark plugs.
• Check and clean engine cooling ns and shrouds.
• Inspect the belts for cracks and wear.
Every 150 hours
• Lubricate the machine with light oil (Refer to Lubrication).
Every 200 hours
• Replace the paper air cleaner element.
• Replace the oil lter.
• Replace the fuel lter.
Every 500 hours
• Adjust the caster pivot bearing.
Yearly
• Grease the front caster pivots (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
• Lubricate the caster wheel hubs.
• Change the hydraulic lter and oil.

R emo v e the k ey fr om the ignition and disconnect the wir e fr om the spar k plug(s) bef or e y ou
do an y maintenance. Set the wir e aside so that it does not accidentall y contact the spar k plug .
