Adjusting the Control
Handle Neutral Position
1. Diseng ag e the PTO , mo v e the motion control
lev ers to the neutral loc k ed position, and set
the parking brak e .
2. Stop the engine , remo v e the k ey , and w ait for
all mo ving par ts to stop before lea ving the
operating position.
3. Loosen the bolts and cur v ed w ashers installed
in the lev ers ( Figure 48 ).
4. Align the lev ers front to rear position b y bring
the lev ers tog ether to the neutral position and
slide them until they are aligned, then tighten
the bolts ( Figure 49 ).

5. If the ends of the lev ers hit ag ainst eac h other ,
adjust the lev ers b y rotating them out to the
neutral loc k ed position and carefully bend
them outw ard. R e peat this ste p as needed.
Adjusting the Tracking
1. If the mac hine tur ns right or left when the
handles are pushed forw ard tog ether , adjust
the stop on the side opposite that the mac hine
tur ns .
