What to do if blade(s) does not rotate on Toro 78360 Lawn Mower?

  If the blade(s) on your Toro Lawn Mower does not rotate, it could be due to a worn, loose, or broken blade drive belt, in which case you should install a new blade drive belt. Another possibility is that the blade drive belt is off the pulley; reinstall the blade drive belt and check the idler pulley and belt guides for correct positioning. A worn, loose, or broken PTO belt could also be the cause; install a new PTO belt.
