Ifsafetyinterlockswitchesaredisconnected
ordamagedthemachinecouldoperate
unexpectedlycausingpersonalinjury.
Donottamperwiththeinterlockswitches.
Checktheoperationoftheinterlock
switchesdailyandreplaceanydamaged
switchesbeforeoperatingthemachine.
UnderstandingtheSafetyInterlock
System
Thesafetyinterlocksystemisdesignedtopreventthe
mowerbladesfromrotatingunless:
Therightsidemotioncontrolleverismovedtothe
center,un-lockedposition.
Thebladecontrolswitch(PTO)ispulledon.
Thesafetyinterlocksystemisdesignedtostopthe
mowerbladesifyoumoveorreleasetherightside
motioncontrolleverintotheneutrallockposition.
Thehourmeterhassymbolstonotifytheuserwhen
theinterlockcomponentisinthecorrectposition.
Whenthecomponentisinthecorrectposition,a
trianglewilllightupinthecorrespondingsquare.
