2.Removetheboltsholdingtheoilcoolertotheengine
housing(Figure68).
3.Cleantheinsideoftheoilcoolerwithabrush.
4.Installtheoilcoolertotheenginehousing.

Beforeeachuse,removeanybuildupofgrass,dirt,orother
debrisfromthehydraulic-oilcoolerandfan.Thiswillhelp
ensureadequatecooling,correctenginespeed,andreducethe
possibilityofoverheatingormechanicaldamagetotheengine.
Note:Highpressureandover-speedingthefanmay
causefanfailure.Usecarewithcompressedairtoavoid
over-speedingtheelectricfan.
Important:Donotdirectapressurewasheronthe
electricfan.

1.Keepthehydraulic-oilcoolerfreeofdebrisbycleaning
thens.
2.Blowthehydraulic-oilcoolernstoremoveanyloose
drydebris.
3.Flushthecoolernswithwaterfromahosetoremove
anydirt.
Note:Asoftbrush(i.e.toothbrush)withasoapand
watersolutionmaybeusedtocleanthecooler.
Note:Donotuseapressurewasher.
