  If the machine-status light on your Toro Utility Vehicle flashes 7 times, it means the batteries have a low charge, are fully discharged, or the internal capacitor has a pre-charge of less than 5V. To resolve this, stop operation and slowly drive to the nearest charging station to fully charge the batteries. If the batteries are fully discharged, tow the machine to the charging station. Additionally, fully charge the batteries, turn the key switch off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on to check for normal operation.
