How to fix abnormal vibration in my Toro Z Master Z597-D Lawn Mower?
    • R
      Robert OrtegaAug 12, 2025
Abnormal vibration in your Toro Lawn Mower can be due to several reasons. The cutting blade(s) might be bent or unbalanced, in which case you should install new cutting blade(s). Alternatively, a blade-mounting bolt could be loose, requiring you to tighten it. It's also possible that a blower pulley or pulley assembly is loose, so tighten the appropriate pulley. A worn blower belt can also cause vibration, requiring a replacement. If the blower fan blade(s) is/are bent or unbalanced, contact an Authorized Service Dealer.

Why is there debris blow out from my Toro Z Master Z597-D?
    • M
      Michael DavisAug 18, 2025
Debris blow out from your Toro Lawn Mower can be caused by a bagger that is too full, so you should dump the bagger more frequently. It may also happen if the ground speed is too fast, so drive slower at full throttle. Also, the mower deck might not be level.

What to do if the blower and tubes plug too frequently on my Toro Z Master Z597-D?
    • C
      Christopher JacksonAug 27, 2025
Frequent plugging of the blower and tubes in your Toro Lawn Mower can occur if the bagger is too full, so dump the bagger more frequently. Always operate the collection system at full throttle. Avoid cutting grass when it is wet, and do not cut more than 51-76 mm (2-3 inches) or 1/3 of the grass height, whichever is less. Clear the screen in the bagger hood of debris, leaves, or grass clippings. Reduce your ground speed while maintaining full throttle, and replace the blower belt if it is worn.
