Install Chute
21. Raise mower and slide chute into blower inlet,
below guide straps (Fig. 10).
22. Lower mower and slide chute forward against
rear of mower. Secure chute to rear of mower
latch with locking pin (Fig. 10).
23. Hook the free end of the spring you installed on
the mower previously (Fig. 3) to the bracket on
the top of the chute as shown in Figure 10.

Install Chute Bumper
1. Raise PTO cover and position chute bumper
against left inside of cover, with end wrapping
outward as shown (Fig. 11).
2. Secure chute bumper to cover with (2) 1/4-20 x
3/4” bolts and (2) 1/4-20 flange locknuts
(Fig. 11).
