Why won't the starter crank on my Toro Z149 Z Master 74411 Ride-on mower?

If the starter on your Toro Ride-on mower isn't cranking, here's what you can check: 1. Ensure the blade control (PTO) is disengaged. 2. Make sure the parking brake is set. 3. Confirm that you are seated on the seat. 4. Check if the battery is dead and charge if necessary. 5. Inspect electrical connections for corrosion or looseness. 6. Replace the fuse if it's blown. For defective relays or switches, contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
