After the rst 8 operating

Change the engine oil.
Check the hydraulic uid.
Change the hydraulic lter and oil.
Before each use or daily
Check the safety system.
Check the engine oil level.
Clean the air intake screen.
Check the mower blades.
Clean the mower deck.
Every 25 hours
Check the hydraulic uid.
Every 50 hours
Grease the mower support and push arms.
Grease the blade spindle bearings.
Grease both idler pulley pivots.
Check the tire pressure.
Check pump drive belt.
Every 100 hours
Change the engine oil.
Check the spark plugs.
Check and clean engine cooling ns and shrouds.
Inspect the belts for cracks and wear.
Check the hydraulic hoses.
Every 150 hours
Lubricate the machine with light oil (Refer to Lubrication).
Every 200 hours
Replace the primary air lter.
Replace the oil lter.
Replace the fuel lter.
Change the hydraulic lter and oil.
Every 500 hours
Check the wheel hub slotted nut.
Adjust the caster pivot bearing.
Every 600 hours
Replace the safety air lter.
Yearly
Grease the front caster pivots (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).

R emo v e the k ey fr om the ignition and disconnect the wir e fr om the spar k plug(s) bef or e y ou
do an y maintenance. Set the wir e aside so that it does not accidentall y contact the spar k plug .
Lubrication
Lubricate the mac hine when sho wn on the Chec k
Ser vice R eference Aid decal ( Figure 26 ). Grease
more frequently when operating conditions are
extremely dusty or sandy .
