  To address abnormal vibration in your Toro Lawn Mower, check the following: Install new cutting blade(s) if the current ones are bent or unbalanced. Tighten the blade mounting bolt if it is loose. Also, tighten the engine mounting bolts if they are loose. Tighten any loose engine pulley, idler pulley, or blade pulley.
