  The red Error Indicator Lamp on your Toshiba Label Maker flashes due to several reasons. It could be that the media has run out, so you should install a new media roll. Another reason might be that the Media Sensor cannot detect the print start position; in this case, retry the Media Sensor calibration. Also, after resolving any issues, press the FEED/PAUSE Button to return to the Online state.

  Poor print quality on your Toshiba Label Maker can occur for several reasons. Ensure that the Top Cover is completely closed. You may also need to clean the Print Head. Finally, make sure you are using TOSHIBA TEC recommended media.

  If the red Error Indicator Lamp on your Toshiba Label Maker is illuminated (not flashing), it means the Top Cover is not closed completely. Close the Top Cover completely and confirm that the Indicator Lamp flashes. Then press the FEED/PAUSE Button to return to the Online state.
