If your Toshiba Blu-ray Player can't find a JPEG file, check these:
* Make sure the selected group (folder) does not contain more than 9,999 files for DVD and 999 files for CD.
* Ensure that the file extension is .jpg, .JPG, .jpeg or .JPEG.

Why can't I select some options in the setup menu of my Toshiba BDX3300KB Blu-ray Player?

If some options in the setup menu of your Toshiba Blu-ray Player are unselectable, it might be because the player is in stop resume mode. If you're playing a DVD or Blu-ray Disc™, press the STOP button twice to enter full stop mode. Then you can change the settings in the setup menu.
