Toshiba America Consumer Products, Inc. ('q'ACP') and Toshiba Hawaii Inc. ("THP') make the following limited warranties. These limited warranties extend
to the original consumer purchaser or any person receiving this set as a gift from the original consumer purchaser and to no other purchaser or transferee.

TACP and Tiff[ warrantthis product and its partsagainst defects in materials or
workraanthlp fora period of one (1)year afterthadate oforiginal retail purchase.
During this porimi, TACP and THIwill repairor replace a defective pert, at their
option, with a new or refurbished part, without charge to you. TACP/THI
Authorized Service Station personneI will come to your home when warranty
service is required. Depending on the type of repairrequired, the service will
either be performed in your home or the set will be taken to the TACPFfFII
Authorlzed Service Statlon forrepnirandreturned tt_your borne at nocost to you,
Umited Two (2) Year Warranty of Picture Tube
TACP and THI further warrant the picture tube in this product agninsi defects
in mat_ricis or workmanship for apedod of two(2)years afterthe datoofmigthal *
retail purchase. During this period, TACP and THI will repair or replace a
defective picture tuba, at their option, with a new or refurbished picture tube
without charge to you, except thatifa defective picture tube isreplaced after one
(1) year from the date of the original retail purchase, you pay labor charges
involved in the replacement.
Rental Units
The warcatay for rental units begins with the fi[st rental or thirty (30) days from
the date of shipmetu to the rental firm, whichever comes first.
Commercial Units
Products sold and used for commercial use have a limited ninety (90) day
wamlfity for all parts, labor and picture tuba.
Owner's Manual and Demographic Card
You should read this owner's manualthoroughly before operating this product.
You should complete and mail the enclosed Demographic card within ten days
after you, or the person who has given you thls pt_luet as a gift, purchased this
product. This is one way to enabIe TACP/THI to provide you with ba_ter
customer service and improved products. Failure to return the Demographic
card will not affect your fights under this warranty.

Theabove warrantiesare subjectto the followingconditions:
(I) Youmust retainyourhillof saleorprovideotberproofofpurcbase.
(2) All warranty servicing of this productmust be madeby an Authorized
TACP/THIService Stadon.
(3) Thes_warrantiesare effectiveonly ifthe preductispurchased
and operated inthe U.S.A.or PuertoRico.
(4) Laborservicechargesforset installation,set up, adjustmentof customer
controlsandinstallationOKrepairofantonnasystemsarenotcoveredbythis
warranty.Receptionproblemscausedbyinadequateantenna systemsare
yourresponsibility.
(5) Warranties extendonly todefectsin materialsorworkmanshipaslimited
above and donot extendto anyproduct orparts whichhave bee. lostor
discarded by you or to damage to products or parts caused by misuse,
accident,damagecausedbyActs ofGOd,such aslightningorfluctuations
ineleeaic power, improperinstallation,impropermaintenanceor use in
violationof instructionsfurnishedby us; or to units which have been
modifiedorhad the serial numberremoved,altered,defacedor rendered
illegible.

lf afterfollowing all of the operating insmiotions in this manuni and checking the
section "BEFORE CALLING SERVICE PERSONNEL", you End thatservice
is needed;
(1) Call theTACP telJ free number 1-800-631_811 after you flod adefective
product or part to find the nearest TOSHIBA Authorized Service Station.
(2) please present your bill of sale or other proof to the Authorized Seivice
Station.
"TACP/THI Authorized Service Station personnel will come to your home
when warr_ty service is requ'm:d_Depondiag onthe ty_ ofmpnir rvquired,
the service will either bo performed in your home or the set will be taken to
the TACPfFHI Authorized Service Station for repair and returned to your
home at no cost to you."

All warranties implied by state law, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited tothe duration
of the limited warranties set forth above. With the exception of any warranties implied by state law as hereby limit ed, the foregoing warranty is exclusive and in
lieu of nil other warranties, guarantees, agreements and similar obligtuioas of manufacturer or seller with respect to the repair or replacement of any parts. In no
event shall TACP or THI be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
No person, agent, distodiutor, dealer or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms &these warranties in any manner whatsoever. The time within
which action must he commenced to enforce any obligation of TACP or THI arising under this warranty or under any statute, or law of the United States or any
state thereof, is hereby limited to 90 days from the date you discover or should have discovered, the defect. This limitation does not apply to implied warranties
arising under state law.
Thiswarranty gives youspecificlegalrights and you mayalso haveotherrightswhich may vary fromstate tostate, Somestates do notallowlimitationonhow
