Specify following items as required.
• [ID NAME] — Press this to enter the terminal ID of this equipment.
• [FAX NUMBER] — Press this to enter the fax number of this equipment.
• [LINE2 NUMBER] — Press this to enter the 2 line fax number of this equipment if the Line2 board is installed.
This is not displayed when the Line2 board is not installed.
• When you press the [ID NAME] button, the input screen is displayed. Enter the name using the keyboard and
digital keys, and press the [ENTER] button to set the entry.
• When you press the [FAX NUMBER] or [LINE2 NUMBER] button, the message to ask you whether adding the
international code is displayed. Press the [YES] button if you want to add the international code, or the [NO]
button if you do not want to add the international code.
When you press the [YES] button, the input screen that “+” is entered is displayed.
When you press the [NO] button, the input screen without any entry is displayed.
Enter the phone number using the digital keys, and press the [ENTER] button to set the entry.
