Right-click the File Name link and select [Save Target As...].
y The Save As dialog box appears.

Select the file location and select “All Files” in the “Save as type”
drop down box.
It is recommended to save the backup file as it is named. If you change the file name,
the equipment cannot restore the data from the backup files. The file name of each
backup data must be the following name:
- Address Book: BACKUP_ADDR<date>.tbf
- MailBoxes: BACKUP_MBOX<date>.enf
- Template: BACKUP_TEMP<date>.enf
- Combined Backup: BACKUP_ALL<date>.enf

Click [Save].
y The backup file is saved in the selected location.
