Printing a color document in gray scale
The printer driver automatically detects whether the document uses only color or only black and white. You can also
select black and white mode manually to print a color document in gray scale to reduce the print cost and
consumption of color toners.
Only available when your equipment is a multifunctional digital color system (color MFP).

Select [Print] from the [File] menu of the application.

Select [Mono] in [Color Type] from the [Color Settings 1] menu.

Set other print functions, and then select this equipment from [Printer].

Click [Print] to send the job.
