72 Saving Print Settings
Saving frequently used settings (Profile)
This allows you to save the print settings or apply the saved settings to a print job.
To print using profiles, you must first create the saved profile.

There are 5 default profiles.

Saving a profile
You can register up to 20 profiles (including 5 default profiles) for each printer driver.
You can delete the default profile or overwrite it by changing its contents and saving it under the same name.

Configure the print options on each tab.

Click [Save Profile] to save the profile.

Enter a profile name, and then click [OK].
Enter up to 63 characters for the file name.
If you enter an existing profile name, you are prompted to confirm if you want to overwrite it. Click [OK] to
overwrite.
You cannot save more than 20 profiles. If you try to save a 21st profile, it is saved as a temporary profile. To
register this temporary profile, delete unnecessary profiles first, select [Temporary Profile], and then click
[Save Profile].
You cannot specify [None] for the profile name.
