2. Click [Address Group].
• The Address Group page is displayed.
3. Check the Group boxes that contains the desired recipients.
4. Click [ADD].
• All recipients in the selected groups are added in the Recipient List
page.
SUPPLEMENT: • You can remove the contacts that you added in the recipient list before submitting
the destination settings.

5. Click [Save].
• The contacts are added as the destinations.
Searching for recipients in the LDAP server
By this method, you can search for recipients in the registered LDAP server and in the address
book.
