Display the [Others] tab menu and enter your department code in [Department Code].
You can enter up to 63 characters.

Click [Apply] or [OK] to save.
Entering a User Name and Password
When the User Name and Password option is enabled, you are prompted to enter your user name and password
before printing a document.
Enter your user name and password, and then click [OK].
Enter up to 128 characters in [User Name], and up to 64 characters in [Password].
The values entered in the above boxes are not stored. You must enter them every time you print.
You can make settings on the [Device Settings] tab.
