PRINTING FROM WINDOWS APPLICATIONS

Allows you to enable sort printing, 2-sided printing, number of pages per sheet, poster printing, stapling, and
punching.
* The 2-sided printing function is set to be used as default in the equipment for North America and Europe.

Sets printing on both sides of the paper. Select the position of the margin for 2-
sided printing.
3 Number of pages per Sheet Prints multiple pages on one sheet. The pages are reduced to fit the selected
paper size automatically.
4 Staple Sets whether a print job is printed with staples. Select the staple position.
5 Hole Punch Sets whether a print job is printed with hole punches.
6 Folding Folds the printed paper when it is ejected. Prints the job using the print settings,
and ejects with a center fold.
7 Use Custom Margin Select to set a margin.
8 Poster Print Prints one large image across multiple sheets of paper by dividing the image.
