PRINTING FROM WINDOWS APPLICATIONS
Creating a Document Type
This allows you to create your own document type.
Only available when your equipment is a multifunctional digital color system (color MFP).

Display the [Image Quality] tab menu.

Click [Setting].

Select [Save Current Settings as] on the [Basic] tab.
This is only available when you access the printer driver properties from the [Devices and Printers] folder
(Windows Vista/Windows Server 2008: [Printers] folder).

Enter the name of the custom document type in [Name].
Default Image Quality Type names ([General], [Photograph], [Presentation], [Line Art] or [Advanced]) cannot be
overwritten. The new custom document type is saved with the specified name.

The image quality function is set.

Click [OK] to save.
