0.Transmission/Reception Trouble
When IP Fax sending or receiving fails, perform the following checks.
Check the error code by any of the following ways.
- Press the [Logs] tab in TopAccess.
- Press [Job Status] and then the [Log] tab.
- Output the transmission journal.
- Output the reception journal.
Perform measures by checking “Corrective Action” in the error codes table ( P.99).
If the problem cannot be solved, contact your service representative.
