Step 6: Loosen bolts to remove the U-shaped conductor connected between bypass terminal and
the contactor 52S.
Don’t use the bolts removed from the UPS because it is too long to tighten the optional fuses.
Step 7: Replace the U-shaped conductor with the fuse (Part No.1). Refer to Figure.4 for details.
Step 8: Tighten up bolts along with spring washer and flat washer(Part No.2, 3, 4). And check them.

Step 09: Secure the UPS access panels.
Step 10: Use the G9000 Series UPS Installation and Operation Manual to restore power to the UPS
in the proper sequence.
Step 11: Restore the UPS to normal operation.
