Features and components
❖ Micro SD™ slot—Supports the use of microSD™
(SD™) media. For more information, see “Using the
Memory card reader” on page 102.
❖
Headphone/Microphone jack—Allows you to listen
to or record sounds onto your device. For more
information, see “Using external speakers or
headphones” on page 101.
Keyboard dock features
❖ USB 3.0 ports—Allows the transfer of data via the USB
cable (not included).
❖
Network port—Allows connection to a computer
network via an ethernet cable (not included).
❖
Attach/Detach indicator light—Indicates an attached
or detached keyboard dock.
❖
Power indicator light—Indicates the ON/OFF status of
the keyboard dock.
❖
DC-IN—Allows you to charge the battery and run the
device on AC power via the Power cable.
