4.3 Optional Memory Card
Removal
To remove an optional memory card, follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-3 and 4-
4.
1. Turn off the power and disconnect the AC adapter, power cord, and all external
cables.
2. Remove the battery pack as described in section 4.2.
3. Turn the computer upside down.
4. Remove two M2.5x4 screws securing the memory module socket cover (Figure
4-3).
5. Slide a fingernail or other thin object under the notch on the cover and rotate up to
remove. Two latches hold the cover in place on the side away from the screws
(Figure 4-3).
