Bluetooth Settings
1. Press the [Bluetooth] tab in the settings menu
to select Bluetooth Settings. The display will change
accordingly.
2. Press the item in the list to select the desired
operation.
• Bluetooth settings
• Device manager for Handsfree
• Device manager for Bluetooth Audio
Bluetooth Function
1. Press the [Bluetooth] button in the tab menu
to select Bluetooth settings. The display will change
accordingly.
2. Press “Bluetooth” to toggle the Bluetooth on/off
feature.
3. When Bluetooth is turned off, Handsfree and
Bluetooth audio will be disabled.
Phonebook auto download Function
1. The Phonebook Auto Download feature allows the
unit to automatically download the phonebook and
Call log when connected to a device.
2. Press “Phonebook Auto Download” in the Bluetooth
Settings tab to toggle the Phonebook Auto Download
feature.
Note:
• Some phones may require user conrmation to download
contact information. Please check your phone to allow the unit
to download the relevant information.
Bluetooth Device Manager
1. Press the [Handsfree] button in the tab menu
to select Handsfree. The display will change
accordingly.
2. Press the [Audio] button in the tab menu to select
Bluetooth Audio. The display will change accordingly.

Pairing with a phone
1. Press the button to add a new device. The
display will change accordingly.
2. Turn on Bluetooth function on the mobile phone and
set to discoverable mode before proceeding.
3. A list of discoverable devices will be available. Select
the desired device to pair with the unit.
4. Perform either one of the methods below: For phone
that supports Simple Secure Pairing (SSP): A ran-
dom 6 digit passkey will be generated. Compare the
passkey and make sure it is the same. Then, press
[OK] on both the unit and phone.
For classic phone:
Enter the dened PIN code when prompt (“0000” by
default).
5. Once pairing is successful, the phone will be
connected automatically. Some phones may require
manual connection from the phone.
6. The unit can pair to up to 5 phones.
Manually connecting a phone
1. Press the button to connect to a paired
device. The display will change accordingly.
2. Bluetooth indicator will be turned on when connection
is successful.
Note:
• When the phone is connected, some additional Bluetooth
indications will be displayed.
Manually disconnecting a phone
1. Press the button to disconnect a connected
device. The display will change accordingly.
2. Bluetooth indicator will be turned off when disconnec-
tion is successful.
Notes:
• Disconnection can also be done by turning off Bluetooth
option, car ignition or directly from the phone.
• When the phone is out of range, Bluetooth will be
disconnected. The system will automatically re-connect
the phone (Handsfree) when it is within range (depends on
Settings).
Deleting a Bluetooth Device
1. Select a desired device and press the button
to delete the paired device. The display will change
accordingly.
2. A conrmation screen will be displayed on the unit.
3. Press [OK] to conrm, or [Cancel] to cancel the
process.
4. To delete all devices simultaneously, Press . All
paired device will be deleted
Note:
• When the phone is connected, some additional Bluetooth
indications will be displayed.
